Your satisfaction with your MOTPK purchase is our top priority. We strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs.

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing MOTPK products from authorized MOTPK retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty (MOTPK Amazon store & MOTPK Official site).

What is Covered?

During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, MOTPK will (at its sole option) replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of MOTPK and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper use or installation
• Improper preservation
• Cosmetic damage
• Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes, and similar
• Accidents
• Misuse
• Negligence
• Modifications to any part of the product
• Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
• Products sold ‘as is’or with all faults declared
• Consumables, such as fuses or batteries
• Lost business or lost profits

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Damages

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY, AND MOTPK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF MOTPK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Governing Law

This Warranty is governed by the motpk without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

How State Law Applies

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
